  I bought a used truck about a year ago and had Central lube change the transmission fluid and filter. During the work they damaged the solenoid (didn't admit that of course) that prevented the transmission from shifting. They had to drain the fluid again to fix that. I just discovered last week that they overfilled it with fluid and when I took it back to have the excess fluid drained they said that they couldn't because the drain plug was stripped, which had to have been done by them. No one has touched the transmission since they did. The staff are nice enough but totally out of their depth with anything more than oil changes and I'm not sure I trust them even with that anymore. I had to give one star to post a review otherwise I would have given zero stars.
