  First appointment Dr was over an hour late.. ok things happen ..second appointment got a fifteen minute lecture about a missed appointment charge during my allotted. After several calls they admitted their mistake and apologized Then a month later get billed for the same missed appointment. Multiple calls again, I also notice add on charge on my first appointment bill was told that was because I ran over which I did not. After researching code I find code is for a translator. None needed or provided. Office manager and billing dept had no idea why I was billed for this, just continued to say it's just an add on charge. Enough abuse already cancelled remaining appointments asked for an email confirmation, they had no way to give me verification of a cancelled appointment. So who knows what I'll see next?
